Contact Us
When you reach out, we’ll be able to explain more about our opportunity during our initial introductory call. If you’d like to learn more, we’ll provide you with our franchise application to fill out, and we’ll send you our exclusive franchise report. This report provides additional details about our franchise opportunity.
Attend Discovery Day
Once you fill out our franchise application, we’ll invite you to attend our Discovery Day! You’ll join us at our headquarters in Tampa, Florida, where you’ll get to meet the management team, have the opportunity to ask questions, and gain a better sense of our company culture.
Complete the preopening checklist
Once the franchise agreement is signed, you’ll be given a preopening checklist to complete. This checklist includes access to our online training portals, so you’ll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our systems before your on-site training.
Sign the franchise agreement
We’ll offer you a franchise agreement if our values and requirements align. You’ll have two weeks to review the agreement before signing, and have an opportunity to meet with a legal advisor if you have questions.
Attend training and further preparations
During initial on-site training, you’ll learn all about the business over seven days. We’ll prepare you to open and run your business by teaching you the systems you’ll use. Our franchise support team will also assist you during this time to order trucks, acquire insurance, and obtain licensing (if it’s required in your area).
Start operations and enjoy ongoing support beyond your opening
Once your business is ready to open, our franchise support team will come to your location and assist with starting operations. We’re there for you every step of the way, so you can count on our support whenever you need assistance!

Do I have to be in college? Do I have to be a hunk? Do I have to drive a truck or move stuff?
No! Your employees do the heavy lifting. Our franchise partners are simply the executive coaches on the sidelines. Your employees will be mostly college students. In our books, HUNKS are defined as Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, Service professionals. Our franchise partners are of various ages and backgrounds.
Do you do lots of work on college campuses?
Actually, most of our clients are homeowners and businesses. We do our employee recruiting on college campuses, but the clients are typically upper-middle-class homeowners and/or commercial clients such as property managers, real estate agents, contractors, and storage facility managers.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of the College HUNKS franchise agreement is 10 years, and is renewable for an additional 10-year term.
What is franchising, and how does it work?
A franchise is a license granting you, as the franchisee, access to a franchisor's proprietary business knowledge, products, processes, and trademarks. This allows you to sell products or services under the franchisor's business name. To acquire this right, you (the franchise) will typically pay the franchisor an initial startup fee and annual licensing fees. Initial franchise startup fees can range from $10,000 to hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on the franchise and industry, while annual licensing fees and royalties can cost between 4% and 13% of the franchise’s annual revenue. Considered a less risky business startup by lenders and a viable way to enter a highly competitive industry, franchises operate based on the franchise agreement they sign with their franchisor.
