When you reach out, we’ll be able to explain more about our opportunity during our initial introductory call. If you’d like to learn more, we’ll provide you with our franchise application to fill out, and we’ll send you our exclusive franchise report. This report provides additional details about our franchise opportunity.

Once you fill out our franchise application, we’ll invite you to attend our Discovery Day! You’ll join us at our headquarters in Tampa, Florida, where you’ll get to meet the management team, have the opportunity to ask questions, and gain a better sense of our company culture.

Once the franchise agreement is signed, you’ll be given a preopening checklist to complete. This checklist includes access to our online training portals, so you’ll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our systems before your on-site training.

We’ll offer you a franchise agreement if our values and requirements align. You’ll have two weeks to review the agreement before signing, and have an opportunity to meet with a legal advisor if you have questions.

During initial on-site training, you’ll learn all about the business over seven days. We’ll prepare you to open and run your business by teaching you the systems you’ll use. Our franchise support team will also assist you during this time to order trucks, acquire insurance, and obtain licensing (if it’s required in your area).

Once your business is ready to open, our franchise support team will come to your location and assist with starting operations. We’re there for you every step of the way, so you can count on our support whenever you need assistance!

In our books, HUNKS are defined as Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, Service professionals. Our franchise partners are of various ages and backgrounds.
Actually, most of our clients are homeowners and businesses. We do our employee recruiting on college campuses, but the clients are typically upper-middle-class homeowners and/or commercial clients such as property managers, real estate agents, contractors, and storage facility managers.
The initial term of the College HUNKS franchise agreement is 10 years, and is renewable for an additional 10-year term.
A franchise is a license granting you, as the franchisee, access to a franchisor's proprietary business knowledge, products, processes, and trademarks.
