It's the extra steps that we take in paying attention to others and showing extra courtesy that makes a big difference in our customers' lives. One of our favorite instances of this happened in the spring of 2014, when College HUNKS team member and student Cesar Larios was assisting a senior-citizen customer with their move, and the elevator got stuck. When the customer began to worry about standing for so long while they were being rescued, Cesar dropped to his hands and knees to turn himself into a human bench so the customer could rest. It’s our above and beyond service that sets College HUNKS apart.
